Monkey Bow provides complimentary repair service. Our workshop is based in England, please kindly send us a photo of your product to evaluate repair is possible locally. @

When item is repairable, you may send your product to "Happy Rachel International - Customer Service" at 4F-1, No.18, Lane 48 Singshan Road, Neihu District, Taipei 11469 Taiwan

If replacing new clips/charms is necessary, you'll quoted with a service estimate prior the repair

Please include your shipping information and we'll send back your repair once completed

l  Product Defect

Please note 90% of our products are handmade.  Following are not considered as defects:

Ø  Color difference:photos may appear slightly color differences than actual product

Ø  The charms on the hair bows are put on with hot glues, it's normal if some glues are visible

Ø  Size difference : We know you appreciate the perfection of our bows however, 0.5-1cm slight differences may appear as they're all hand-crafted

Ø  We recommend to clean with a dry cloth after each wear to avoid tarnishing of the hair clips
